This policy explains how Moventa — the real estate platform on which buyers and renters browse property listings and message real estate professionals — collects, uses, and protects your personal data.
We collect information you provide directly: name, email, phone number, profile information, listing details, and communication content. We also automatically collect usage data, device information, and IP addresses.
If you choose to sign in to Moventa with your Google account, Google confirms your identity to us and provides your name and verified email address. We use these to create or access your Moventa account and to contact you about your account. We do not request or receive access to Gmail, Google Drive, your contacts, or any other Google data, and Moventa never receives your Google password. You can instead register and sign in with an email address and password.
We use your information to operate the platform, facilitate real estate transactions, connect buyers with realtors, process payments, send notifications, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.
We share your information with other users as necessary for platform functionality (e.g., realtors see visitor contact information from conversations). We do not sell your personal data. We may share with service providers, law enforcement when required, and with your consent.
We retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may export your data or withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at support@moventa.com for requests.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits.
